Coming soon to iPhone

Invoice. Get paid. Done.

SendDone is an invoicing app for small businesses. Make a professional invoice in about two minutes, text your client a link, and get paid by card or bank transfer, straight into your own account.

No subscription. No accounting software to learn. Your clients see your business name on every page, receipt and card statement.

How it works

Three steps, all from your iPhone.

Make it

Pick a client and add a line or two. SendDone numbers the invoice, does the math, and makes a clean PDF.

Send it

Text a pay link from your own phone number, or send it by email. Your client opens the invoice and pays in a few taps.

Get paid

Clients pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. SendDone marks the invoice paid as soon as the payment clears.

Built for the way small businesses bill

Everything you need to send invoices and get paid, and nothing you don't.

Recurring invoices

Weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Drafts appear on schedule with last time's lines filled in, so you only change what changed.

Saved cards, done right

Clients save a card on a secure page and agree to clear written terms. You charge it with one tap, and they get a receipt every time.

Checks and cash count too

Mark an invoice paid by check, with the check number and date, so every payment lives in one place.

Your name on everything

The checkout page, the receipt and your client's card statement all show your business, not ours.

Your records stay yours

Invoices live on your iPhone and sync to your own iCloud. Replace your phone and everything comes back. Export it all to spreadsheets any time.

Bring your client list

Import customers from a spreadsheet file in one step. Anyone already in your list is skipped.

Your money goes straight to you

Online payments run through your own Stripe account, which you set up inside SendDone. Your client pays your business directly, and Stripe deposits the money in your bank account.

  • SendDone never holds your money.
  • Payouts follow Stripe's schedule, usually two business days for card payments.
  • Refunds and disputes are handled in your own Stripe dashboard.
  • Card numbers are entered on Stripe's secure pages and never stored by SendDone.

Simple pricing

Pay once for the app. Payment fees apply only when a client pays you online.

Free

$0

Up to 3 invoices with every feature, including online payments.

SendDone Pro

$14.99 one time

Unlimited invoices and clients. One purchase through the App Store. No subscription.

Online payments

+0.5% on cards

Stripe's standard processing fees, plus a 0.5% SendDone fee on card payments only.

  • Card: Stripe's fee plus 0.5%
  • Bank transfer: Stripe's fee, no SendDone fee
  • Check or cash: no fees

Stripe's standard rate for a US card payment is 2.9% + 30¢, and 0.8% capped at $5 for a US bank transfer. Stripe sets its own rates and may change them; see stripe.com/pricing. SendDone's 0.5% is deducted automatically when each card payment is made, and returned to you if that payment is refunded.

Questions

Do I need a Stripe account?

Only to take payments online. You set one up from inside SendDone. Invoices, recurring drafts and check tracking all work without it.

Will my clients see SendDone on their card statement?

No. Payments are made to your own Stripe account, so your client's statement, receipt and checkout page show your business.

What happens if I lose my phone?

With iCloud turned on, your clients, invoices and payment history come back on your new iPhone. You can also export everything to spreadsheets at any time.

Is there a subscription?

No. SendDone Pro is a single $14.99 purchase. The only other cost is per payment, and only when a client pays you online.

Is SendDone accounting software?

No. It sends invoices and tracks payments. When it's time to do your books, export your records and hand them to your accountant.

When can I get it?

SendDone is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone. An Android version is planned.

I paid a business that uses SendDone. Who do I contact?

Contact that business directly. Your payment went to them, and they can see it and issue refunds.
